Folder interaction accessibility patch.

Enlarges each folder expand/collapse button to a 28px desktop target.
Uses Obsidian’s native 40px small-touch target on iOS and iPadOS, reducing accidental folder opens.
Keeps leaf-folder spacers matched so folder names remain aligned.
Documents that testing currently covers macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.

Verified with lint, 84 tests, production build, dependency audit, strict workflow audit, and the dependency-isolated reviewer build.
