Folder spacing refinement.

  • Reduces folder expand/collapse targets from 28px to 22px on desktop.
  • Reduces mobile and iPadOS targets from 40px to 32px.
  • Preserves matched leaf-folder spacing and remains wider than the original 18px control.

Verified with lint, 84 tests, production build, dependency audit, strict workflow audit, and the dependency-isolated reviewer build.
