Migration and maintenance release.

  • Update the public author and repository links after the move to sunwookwak-polisci/Hop-Link-Viewer.
  • Attribute the MIT license to Sunwoo Kwak.
  • Load saved settings through a typed partial-settings merge.
  • Await sidebar reveal so command and ribbon activation finish reliably.

No settings or vault-data migration is required.
