Releases aren't getting published to Scoop anymore

Since 1.40.2 (f9f13e9) new releases aren't getting published to the Scoop bucket. goreleaser skips this because the "release is marked as draft" (see here for example)

Thanks for pointing this out. I created an issue on goreleaser channel about this inconsistency goreleaser/goreleaser#3887.

I will also look into some alternatives to get scoop unblocked for CLI.

Up! I've got the same problem, and because I'm on windows and npm isn't working on my project to install it, I'm not able to update supabase CLI to the same level of my team... This is really problematic

Just an update: we're just waiting for a new GoReleaser version to resolve this. In the meantime we'll be manually updating the Scoop bucket at https://github.com/supabase/scoop-bucket. Thanks again @jkergal for the PR!

I'm adding the Supabase CLI to the official Main and Versions buckets in case this happens again:

• supabase: Add version 1.68.6 ScoopInstaller/Main#4890
• supabase-beta: Add version 1.69.3 ScoopInstaller/Versions#1271

The bucket should already take care of auto-updating the manifests themselves.
