Ability to assign the stdio IO to a port other than the default port 3000

Port conflicts with port 3000 a commonly used for react environment. Developers will need to be able to reassign this port

Argument or environment variable to assign a different port
Describe alternatives you've considered
Move my app to another port. but I can't do this for all port conflicts
