SandAdmin 0.1.0-rc.1

SandAdmin is delivered as a Composer-installable Webman library. The source repository keeps backend payloads, tests, maintenance scripts, the Vue frontend, docs, and the compatibility catalog.

Install from GitHub VCS:

Validated in this candidate: isolated install/update/uninstall contracts, consumer-state protection, configurable HTTP and Channel ports, backend non-database suites, clean-host boundary, mirrored consumer installation, Webman command loading, and frontend production build.

Evidence boundary: this release did not create a database, run migrations, start services, or replay a fresh login and real plugin lifecycle. It is intentionally marked prerelease.
