Pre-release on the edge channel; everything since rc.10 (2026-09-30): the pricing-chain arc (every
Tokenomics rate component reaches org and node pricing; context windows come from Tokenomics, not a
hard-coded table), the org pricing-feed grade gate, OpenAI Ultrafast pricing, the compiled price table
regenerated from the signed feed v9, and the tokcron approval flow. This is also the first release that
carries the rc.10 public-CI fixes (mcprelay signal tests //go:build !windows, the taxgen theme
selectors, admission_verify_test.go scrubbed from the public tree, projectskills_identity_test.go) to
the public repository. Migrations: server 190-191 / PostgreSQL 0056-0057 (additive); no new agent
migrations (head stays 147). On the org server run observer-org upgrade preflight and then
observer-org migrate before starting the new image.

Price snapshot: 2026-09-17 (aws us-east-1, azure eastus2, gcp us-central1)

  • feat(pricing): the full Tokenomics rate set reaches org and node pricing - the reasoning rate, the per-request fee, the other-TTL cache write, image and audio rates, the fast multiplier and the grade ride the feed rows, org_model_prices (server 190 / pg 0056, nine nullable columns) and the signed org pricing document, all additive with presence semantics. An enrolled node's fast-mode premium now comes from the org rail. The reasoning rate is applied to separately tracked reasoning tokens; the request / image / audio / other-TTL rates are carried and shown in observer pricing status. A quoted long_context_threshold of 0 means FLAT on the feed, snapshot and org paths alike; prices are rounded to 1e-10 at every decode boundary.
  • feat(org-pricing): the feed's grade now gates auto-apply vs park: a row below the configured minimum grade parks in auto mode (unknown mode or grade parks), through the existing park / approve flow. Mode and minimum grade live in org_pricing_feed_settings (server 191 / pg 0057), seeded once from [pricing_feed].mode and then dashboard-owned: GET/PUT /api/org/pricing/feed/settings (read:budgets / write:pricing, audited), a Pricing-page card and an assistant tool.
  • fix(org-pricing): observer-org pricing status no longer fails on PostgreSQL (it wrote on a read-only store); a new read-only org lookup serves it.
  • feat(routing): model context windows come from the Tokenomics data (the org document's windows, then the feed, then the compiled snapshot), never a hard-coded prefix table. An unknown window never excludes a candidate and never assumes a default; a switch to such a model carries the new reason code context_window_unknown (labelled on the Routing page). The advisor's balloon detector sizes sessions against the same composition, keeping its model-tag guess only for models the data does not cover yet.
  • feat(cost): an OpenAI Ultrafast turn (service_tier: "ultrafast") is priced as the exact <model>-ultrafast price key from any rung; with no such key it bills the standard rate and records a pricing warning, never the Fast multiplier. A request-side service_tier: "fast" now counts as Fast. Proxy path only for now (non-proxied Codex and offline re-pricers do not store the tier yet).
  • feat(pricing): the compiled price table is regenerated from the signed Tokenomics feed v9 (maker prices over resellers, Claude Sonnet 5.5 at $2 / $10, the GPT-6 and Grok long-context tiers, gpt-6-astra-ultrafast, gpt-5.6-cyber, gpt-6.1-sol, gpt-realtime-2.1) and now carries context windows for 86 models. Claude Sonnet 4.5 is FLAT (Anthropic states no long-context premium); xAI's inclusive ">= 200K tokens" tier is encoded as threshold 199999.
  • feat(model-pricing): Tokenomics migrations 0032 (every rate component, a context-window fallback, long_context_flat, presence fill from the same maker's next-best card) and 0033 (the xAI inclusive threshold); the evidence gate reads real vendor pages (table structure, tier sections, multiples of the base rate) - a by-the-README OpenAI + xAI capture now passes 87/87 and 64/64 rows.
  • feat(tokcron): a price proposal is approved by ONE file (APPROVAL.md, APPROVE: yes) and approve.sh then runs unattended; the clone-of-prod rehearsal and prod load only the approved overlay files with prod's own identity; the rehearsal base mirrors prod's catalog state (snapshot-prod.sh), and refresh refuses before review when the local "before" differs from prod's export; a same-value cache-write slot move is an acknowledgement, a changed value is still refused.
  • fix(deploy): a working-tree observer-org build no longer embeds OpenTofu provider caches (1.08 GB -> 112 MB): make tofu-validate keeps its data under ~/.cache/observer-tofu, a test fails if a .terraform directory is embedded, and build-orgserver enforces a 200 MB budget. Release images were never affected (they build from git archive).
  • test: CI timing flakes fixed (pricing-policy deadline, config-grid wall clock); the cross-engine context-gauge fixtures run on a model id the compiled snapshot does not name, so the "no catalog" rows stay meaningful as the snapshot grows.

Pre-built binaries for each supported platform are attached below. Linux variants bundle antigravity-bridge.exe next to the observer binary for WSL2 users of the Antigravity adapter.

Org server (Teams)

The self-hosted org server is an enterprise-licensed product distributed from SuperBased's private container registry with a per-customer pull token issued with your enterprise licence; its release assets are not attached here. Contact sales for a pull token. The pull-and-verify recipe for your exact release is the README.md of the deployment bundle (observer-org deploy export).

Enterprise updates

This release publishes on the edge channel.

Each agent archive carries a detached vendor signature (<archive>.sig, raw Ed25519 over the archive bytes) and the release ships a signed update-manifest-edge.json. Self-hosted org servers consume them with:

observer-org update sync --version v1.34.0-rc.11
observer-org update publish --channel edge --version v1.34.0-rc.11

For a disconnected server, download observer-v1.34.0-rc.11-airgap-bundle.tar (archives + signatures + SHA256SUMS + the signed manifest + provenance), carry it across the gap, and run observer-org update import --version v1.34.0-rc.11 --bundle <dir>.

Supply chain

A CycloneDX SBOM for the agent is attached: observer.cdx.json.

SLSA Level 3 build provenance for the binaries is attached below as a *.intoto.jsonl attestation. The build runs on the private origin repo, so pass that as the source when verifying an extracted binary with slsa-verifier v2.7.0 or newer (older versions fail with unexpected tlog entry type: expected intoto:0.0.2, got dsse:0.0.1):

slsa-verifier verify-artifact ./observer \
  --provenance-path *.intoto.jsonl \
  --source-uri github.com/marmutapp/superbased-observer-private
