Changes

Fix trade bot not retrying after failed option lookup. Delay initial trade to 9:45 AM for quote availability. Add diagnostic logging to option selection and persistent file logging.

Download wsb-tracker-v1.8.1-win-x64.zip, extract to any folder, and double-click wsb-tracker.exe.
Dashboard opens automatically at http://localhost:3000.
