@superflag-sh/core v0.3.0

Adds deterministic, explicit-time evaluation inspection, segment probing, dependency and reverse-impact paths, and current/proposed simulation through the shared evaluator semantics. Exposes the additive @superflag-sh/core/inspection entrypoint and preserves all existing evaluator contracts.
