I found an issue with this document.

Is it right to refer to:

Postgres, formally known as PostgreSQL

The position seems to be that the project name is still PostgreSQL

Thanks for catching this. You're right that PostgreSQL is the project's current official name, not a former one. Fix is up in #2455, which rewords the Postgres index to "officially PostgreSQL." This will close when that merges.
