Tameo 0.1.8 — critical data-safety fix

Important: fixes a bug that could erase all clipboard history and snippets when another app or a macOS background agent opened Tameo's shared data store. Tameo now uses a private, isolated store (~/Library/Application Support/Tameo/), and migrates existing data automatically. Please update right away.
