CLI that materializes the 9-role agent loop as a structured plan file (no code edits) from a quote / feature-request.md.

Deliverables

• dna factory run --dry-run --quote "..." writes .DNA/plans/factory-<id>.md (or json)
• Sections for each of 9 roles with placeholders + Product/Architect filled from quote
• Stops at approval gate (prints “await user approval”)
• Unit test
• cli-reference + agent-loop cross-link

Acceptance

• Dry-run never modifies source outside .DNA/plans/ and ai/feature-request.md
• Output lists Backend→Final roles as pending
