This outline represents Moranda's one year strategic outlook.

The first version of this document was drafted on June 18, 2016.

All milestones based on a deadline of end of June 2017.

Main goal:

$100,000 Cumulative Total Revenue

Action plan:

Legitimize company

Get technical founder with strong knowledge of back end architecture design

  • Knowledge of sys ops (Heroku, AWS, Google Cloud, etc)
  • Front end experience - strong Javascript Skills
  • interest (and preferably experience) in AI / NLP
  • willingness to take substantial risk
  • proactive

Two approaches to bringing on strong tech talent

1 - Contractor

Contract out to a potential founder who is unwilling to forego income. 4 month contract with option to transfer income at end of contract to substantial stake in the company (with standard vesting and cliff agreements).

2 - Immediate Cofounder

Subject to 1 year cliff and reverse vesting agreement

Add Academic to BoD

The problems we want to solve will most likely require in-house NLP and AI intellectual property. When being assessed by Investors / Customers, we need to reinforce the perception that we are the right team for this problem.

Potential Chairs (Ordered by relevance):

Create strong brand recognition

Have our names known in the field of bot design and bot creation.

  • Write insightful and innovative articles about every aspect of bots, not just design.
