Update Gmail connector plan requirement docs

Updates the Gmail connector docs to reflect that the connector is available starting on the Max plan.

Changes

• Changed the Gmail connector availability note from Scale/Enterprise-only to Max plan and above.
• Updated the callout label from “Scale Plan Required” to “Max Plan Required.”
