2026-07-05 · the blog becomes a folder: content/blog/*.md in this repo IS the blog — PR-able markdown compiled at build time to prerendered pages with the product's own editor panels. Canon-count markers fail the build on drift; every yaml fence schema-validates; the feed regenerates from source.
