v4.5.0 · the film becomes an instrument
The film becomes an instrument
- The docked run monitor — chrome, live timecode, status row and the recorded tick map stand from the film's first beat; the log streams into the standing window when the run plays.
- Seek-by-object — click any DAG node, 3D slab, log line or the file's own task blocks to replay from that step's recorded moment;
Shift+←/→jumps task-to-task on the rail. - The ending lands — as the run completes,
✓ exit 0and the$0.00 · localpunchline rise and light up; the plan lies down into the flat map tighter, and holds. - The see→touch handoff — the settled file carries « edit this file in the playground → », opening /play pre-loaded with the exact yaml you watched run.
The site becomes a device
- The living contour — one piece of dark skeuomorphic material (gasket seam, raked catch-light, opaque to the viewport edge). Its colour, depth and light read the section on the home and the route everywhere else — violet on the film, periwinkle on the gallery, warm at the close, a quiet reading frame on the blog — and the contour itself ignites while a run plays.
- The nav scrim — scrolled content melts before it reaches the capsule.
The blog
- Prompts are code now — prompt versioning as a one-line git diff, with
nika trace reproducenaming the edit (AUTHORED — the task changed). - The prompt injection that goes nowhere — a genuinely hostile note absorbed by the fixed plan, and the authored escalation refused before a token.
Both proven verbatim against the released nika 0.97.0 on a local model.
