v0.90.0 — the first public release 🦋

Diamond's first tagged public release. CLI binaries for four platforms (macOS arm64/x64 · Linux arm64/x64) via Homebrew and the install script, cut by the release pipeline on the tag. nika-cli and nika-extract admitted the same morning — the operator surface and the 9 fetch extract modes. Real semver toward a 1.0.0 public launch: quality over speed. Everything before this tag is rewrite history (see the alpha tags below).
