Provider-plane HTTP timeout rises to 180s: 2026 open-weight thinking models (qwen3.5 · gemma4) no longer die at the cloud-calibrated 30s ceiling. nika run --resume lands durable-lite resume — the trace IS the checkpoint, completed tasks replay as visible cache hits (ADR-099). nika test golden harness + ADR-098 schema wire selection + the CLI verdict card. nika-cap admitted (all 12 gates) — 40 of 42 crates.
