7.38.1 - the package compiles in Release with Xcode 26 again

• The package compiles in Release with Xcode 26 again. FelResidualMeasure (the
  AETHER_FEL_MEASURE diagnostic from 7.37.0) formatted its luma-band line inside the closure it
  hands its queue, as one + chain of three map/joined expressions, and Xcode 26.3's type checker
  gave up on that closure ("unable to type-check this expression in reasonable time", x86_64 Release
  archive), so a host archiving a universal macOS app on Xcode 26 could not build 7.37.0 or 7.38.0.
  Xcode 27 checked it in time, which is what this repository's CI runs. The closure now calls a
  function, and the three parts are bound to typed constants first. No behaviour change.
