A correction to what the connection test tells you.

When the test found that traffic to us specifically was being stopped, it told you to take it up with your host.

It cannot actually tell whose equipment is responsible. A rule at your end about where your server may connect, and a rule at our end about which visitors we accept, look identical from where the test stands. Saying otherwise was a guess presented as a finding.

It now says it cannot tell, and asks you to send us the result first. We can check our own end straight away — and it is not right to send you arguing with your host about something that may turn out to be ours.
