v2.7.1 — leaner client

Internal cleanup: the client now captures values verbatim (no arbitrary length caps) and records the raw environment signals behind its run-context/agent labels, so labels can be corrected later without a client update. No behavior or setup changes; telemetry stays anonymous and opt-out (DISABLE_TELEMETRY=1 / DO_NOT_TRACK=1).
