Every skill now ends with a mechanical Verify gate; AP Stylebook fidelity fixed; Claude Code marketplace discovery; CI-enforced quality.

Fixed — journalism-ap taught two outdated AP rules: percentages now use the % symbol with figures (AP 2019 change) and the never-abbreviated months list is complete (March, April, May, June, July).

Added — Verify checklists on all 7 voice skills · .claude-plugin/ marketplace + plugin manifests (/plugin marketplace add surendranb/writing-skills) · CI skill validation on every push/PR · PyPI trusted-publishing workflow · AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, template/SKILL.md · per-harness install matrix in the README.
