Velora 0.10.15

Velora now formats naturally counted dictation as structured numbered lists without requiring an explicit formatting command.

• Turns counted tasks, priorities, issues, and shopping items into one item per line.
• Handles misspoken ordinal labels such as “first, second, fourth” by preserving all spoken items and numbering them sequentially.
• Keeps supporting details with the correct item and leaves unrelated follow-up topics outside the list.
• Preserves ordinary counting, ordinal nouns, and uncounted narratives as prose.
• Remains fully local and prompt-driven; no regex-based text rewriting was added.

Verification: 21/21 exact-model cleanup cases, 705 Swift self-checks, 371 engine tests, 82.57% branch coverage.
