v0.17.2 - Leaner App Builds

Summary

Some package regression prevented the last version from being published in F-Droid. They are fixed now.

Also, the packaging and deployment strategy has been improved to faciliate quicker dev cycles in the future 💫

• ⚡️ The auto-hide behaviour of the top navbars is now driven by reanimated v4 (basicaly, smoother)
