loom v0.44.0

Prebuilt loom binaries. No runtime dependencies: the Linux builds are
statically linked against musl, so they run on any glibc or musl distro.

Verify the download against SHA256SUMS first:

On macOS, Gatekeeper will quarantine an unsigned downloaded binary. Clear it with
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /usr/local/bin/loom, or right-click and Open once.
