loom v0.45.1

Prebuilt loom binaries. No runtime dependencies: the Linux builds are
statically linked against musl, so they run on any glibc or musl distro.

Verify the download against SHA256SUMS first:

On macOS, Gatekeeper will quarantine an unsigned downloaded binary. Clear it with
