The last release didn't go through for some reason. npm is disallowing publishes with the following message...

409 Conflict - PUT https://registry.npmjs.org/@sveltejs%2fkit - Cannot publish over previously staged version "3.0.0-next.15".

...but npm stage list @sveltejs/kit lists nothing. I suspect the release just failed. I'm going to cut this release even though there's not much in it, just to try and unclog the pipes.
