Sitemap: swap article shape from diamond to parallelogram
Diamonds in Mermaid size themselves to inscribe the text bounding box,
so wrapped article titles made each diamond balloon to several times
the size of a repo rounded-box. The visual weight was wrong - articles
looked more important than repos, and the density problem came back.
Parallelograms [/text/] have the same footprint as rectangles, still
read as 'document/flow', and stay visually distinct from the rounded
repo boxes. Legend and intro updated to match.
Split sitemap into per-category diagrams for readability
Single graph with all 55 nodes rendered as an unreadable dense block in
GitHub wiki (Mermaid squeezed 5 subgraphs horizontally). Replaced with:
- Small LR overview diagram: Wiki -> 5 categories (with repo+article
counts) + Index/Log/Sitemap-Stacks links
- One LR diagram per category showing only that category's repos
(rounded boxes) and articles (diamonds)
Each sub-diagram has 5-17 nodes, fits on screen, and labels are
readable. The overview tells you the shape of the wiki at a glance;
the per-category diagrams are where you actually navigate.

Taxonomy migration: SCHEMA.md yaml block + stub classification
- SCHEMA.md now carries a fenced yaml taxonomy block with 5 categories
and 10 stacks, parseable by scripts/taxonomy.py. Kept tag whitelist,
voice, freshness threshold (90d), and directory-structure prose
below the yaml fence.
- Added category: + stacks: frontmatter to all 55 stubs (33 repo
stubs, 22 article summary stubs). Article stubs generally declare
stacks: [] when the article is opinion/analysis with no tech-stack
tie; the validator treats those as informational, not errors.
- Regenerated Sitemap.md (category view) and new Sitemap-Stacks.md
(cross-cutting stack view, with adoption table + mermaid graph).
detect_changes.py post-flight: taxonomy.ok=True, 0 bad/missing
categories, 0 bad stacks, 14 stubs with empty stacks (informational).
Ingest 9 new repos, fix 7 stale stub paths, update all category pages
New stubs: autogen-doc-generator, autogen-mermaid-generator,
autogen-requirements-agent, nvd-extractor, ollama-pdf2markdown,
repobundle, word-to-markdown-converter, animated-gif-creator,
deepseekvl2-pdf-ocr.
Fixed repo_path references in 7 existing stubs that pointed to
a previous session directory. Updated 4 category wiki pages,
Home.md (23→32 repos), Index.md, Sitemap.md, and Log.md.
