Added

• Pre-capture delay — new "Capture Delay" submenu in the menu bar with None/3s/5s/10s/30s options. Applies to all capture and recording hotkeys. Countdown shown before screen freeze. Press Escape to cancel.
• Record Screen auto-start — when capture delay is set, Record Screen starts recording automatically after countdown (no manual click needed)
• Control-click to copy color — color sampler now supports Control+click as alternative to right-click for copying hex values (improves compatibility with BetterTouchTool and other gesture tools)

Changed

• Delay capture moved to menu bar — the per-capture delay toolbar button has been removed. Delay is now a persistent setting in the menu bar, applying to all captures. Simpler UX, matches how other screenshot apps work.
• Loupe performance — loupe annotations now use the raw screenshot instead of the composited image, eliminating O(n²) re-rendering lag when placing multiple loupes
• Removed C-to-copy shortcut — color hex copy is now right-click only (or Control+click). C key is freed for future use.

Fixed

• Sparkle auto-updates from DMG — fixed entitlements not expanding $(PRODUCT_BUNDLE_IDENTIFIER) in CI builds, which broke the XPC installer service. Auto-updates now work for DMG installs. Users on 3.2.2 or earlier need to manually reinstall once.
