Fix: Obsidian Bases DSL syntax corrections (research-toolkit 0.4.2)

Three structural errors in the Bases expression language across all 7 .base templates:

  • file.inFolder("path") not inFolder(file.file, "path") — method on file object
  • sort/column/direction (uppercase) not order/property/direction
  • group_by: "prop" (snake_case string) not groupBy: {property: prop}

Verified against official Obsidian Bases syntax docs, community examples, and GUI-generated .base file output.
