QSWATPlus3_12 is for Windows versions of QGIS 3.34.6 or later that use Python 3.12
If you want to use the new gwflow module use QGIS 3.34.6, not 3.34.7
QSWATPlus3_9 is for Windows versions of QGIS at least 3.28.13 and at most 3.34.5 that use Python 3.9
