Add PPM pipe format support to transcode (#21)

* Update transcode image test to use ppm_pipe as input

Replace PNG encoder with PPM encoder in the image transcode test,
rename test_transcode_png to test_transcode_image, and add ppm_pipe
to the input format mapping for image2pipe output.
