Fixed

• add-native-tags advertises uppercase Core Data store identifiers as valid,
  matching its existing runtime validation. Fresh hashes and scope requirements
  are unchanged.
• Native tag readback accepts revision-consistent rich metadata even when the
  note cannot be represented completely as AppleScript HTML. Missing or
  inconsistent preservation metadata still refuses the write.
• Native tag verification now preserves retained text and whitespace, links,
  formatting, checklist identities/state/ranges, native object payloads and
  existing tag labels around only proven new tag additions. Ambiguous objects
  or unsupported conversion ranges fail closed. A post-dispatch read failure
  reports verification_failed with an indeterminate outcome and keeps the
  Shortcut diagnosis, so callers read before retrying.
