• batch-move-notes accepts the existing ifFolderId, ifAncestorFolderId
  and forbiddenAncestorFolderIds preconditions. Each note's live folder and
  the destination's forbidden ancestry are checked in the same AppleScript
  immediately before its move. A scope mismatch reports a failure for that
  exact note ID and leaves it unchanged while the other items continue;
  successful moves still verify the note's actual destination folder ID.
  Batch error certainty is derived from every item's outcome: a scope
  refusal cannot make a separate move/readback failure claim no writes.
  Unknown outcomes remain indeterminate and require exact-ID readback
  before retrying. Empty status slots retain their exact note position rather
  than borrowing a later note's success or refusal. The per-note handler is
  declared in a script object so the generated batch remains valid inside
  the executor's bounded timeout block.
