Added
setup --gemini-spark prints the Server Name, Description, and Command for
Gemini Spark macOS builds offering Local MCP. The guide exits before server
configuration loading or effectful setup, rejects mixed setup options, and
leaves client registration and permissions to the user. README instructions
cover sandbox and runtime permission diagnostics and distinguish the local
stdio integration from URL-based Cloud MCP. Gemini tool execution has not
been verified end to end.
