rename: SovranX -> Reame

The sovereign's realm: your hardware. Final brand after a conflict
check (Trono discarded: near-homophone of THRON, an Italian software
company; Reame is clean on GitHub, npm, PyPI and product searches).
Binary, CMake targets, namespace (reame::), env vars (REAME_*),
default dirs (~/.reame), config, docs, CI and release assets. Version
0.1.2. Full suite green (212 test cases).
