TargetBridge 3.3.0 focuses on making the connection path more reliable while extending the 5K experiments to recent Apple Silicon.
Highlights
- 5K 60 (Experimental): available for testing on recent Apple Silicon. Real M4 testing can reach 56-57 FPS, but it can vary with workload and heat. 5K 48 remains the recommended profile for reliable daily work.
- More reliable Duplicate Desktop: TargetBridge now waits for the newly-created virtual display before applying macOS mirroring.
- Clearer permission status: Sender permission cards refresh when returning from macOS Privacy & Security settings.
- Calmer Receiver startup: transient discovery traffic no longer flashes the Receiver into fullscreen; it waits for a real session.
- Protocol hardening: the optional diagnostic NV12 path is protected by explicit Receiver capability negotiation and packet validation.
