🚀 Swift 6.4.0

This release updates the precompiled Swift runtime libraries for Android to Swift 6.4.0. Based on official swift.org and includes libc++_shared.so from the NDK.

These libraries are distributed as .aar artifacts via JitPack and can be integrated into any Android project that uses native Swift code via JNI.

This release built with 16KB Page Size.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This release requires NDK r30.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: This SDK is for Android API >= 23 (previously >= 28).
