Initial release of Swift Operation Context: a zero-dependency package for typed, task-scoped value propagation.

  • OperationContext provides value semantics and type-safe storage through OperationContextKey.
  • OperationContext.current defaults to an empty context and propagates through Swift task-local values.
  • Synchronous and asynchronous withContext(_:operation:) scopes restore the previous binding on return or throw; the async overload preserves caller actor isolation.
  • Includes a focused Swift Testing suite, DocC documentation, and the shared swift-microservices CI workflows.

Requires Swift 6.3 or later. Supported platforms: Linux and macOS 15 or later.
