更新内容（v0.7.0 → v0.8.0）

  • fix: 修复正文冒号被误转为连字符 + 重新构建 typst 产物
  • chore: 统一章节标题与文件名格式
  • ci: 资产名回退为 ASCII+版本号(GitHub Release 不支持非 ASCII 资产名)
  • ci: 改用 gh CLI 上传 PDF,绕开 action 对中文文件名的 bug
  • ci: Release PDF 资产改用中文文件名「词根词缀的故事.pdf」
  • ci: Release 改用本地编译的 PDF,CI 不再 compile
