Bug-fix release.
錯誤修正版本。

Fixed / 修正

  • Demo prompt: the 6th sample question on a new chat now actually demonstrates the
    data-grounding / no-hallucination flow. It previously asked what a non-existent patient was
    "allergic to" — which the model just declined without calling any tool. It now asks for that
    patient's record summary, which calls get_patient_overview, returns "patient not found", and
    has the model report "no records" instead of inventing — the intended MCP + human-review demo.
  • 示範題：新對話的第 6 個示範題改成會真正觸發工具（查無資料 → 不亂編）的版本。
