0.3.0
NoteSentry v0.3.0
A milestone release that completes the four-pillar MCP architecture.
Highlights
- Four clinical apps (one per MCP pillar): Triage (A), SOAP note (B), Medication safety (C, new), Vital signs → FHIR (D, new). Every app is form-driven, grounded in a tool, and human-in-the-loop approved.
- Four bundled MCP servers: MIMIC notes (HIS), clinical support, pharmacy safety, and NIS FHIR R4 vitals (LOINC/UCUM).
- Governance dashboard as the home view: KPIs (tool calls, approval rate), tool-usage and per-pillar activity, system health, and recent calls — all aggregated from the audit log.
- Load sample + ✨ AI-generate sample on every clinical form (synthetic, no PHI; falls back to a preset if generation fails).
Privacy & safety (unchanged)
All inference runs on local Ollama; every tool call requires explicit approval (HITL) and is written to the audit log. No data leaves the device.
macOS builds are ad-hoc signed — on first launch use right-click → Open.
