NoteSentry v0.3.4
What's new
- Case report export: turn a conversation into a structured report — question/input, the assistant's assessment, grounding tools (FHIR Observations and pharmacy results as tables), and the human-in-the-loop audit trail. Export as Markdown or HTML (pick the format in the save dialog); the HTML is self-contained, print-friendly, on-brand, and its JSON is syntax-highlighted.
- AI behavior settings: a new Settings tab to adjust the sampling temperature and max tool turns, plus a read-only preview of the actual system prompt (anti-fabrication rules + the live tool list) — for transparency and governance.
- The Vitals→FHIR samples now include a patient ID by default, so the demo produces a patient-linked FHIR Observation.
Privacy & safety (unchanged)
All inference runs on local Ollama; every tool call requires explicit approval (HITL) and is written to the audit log. No data leaves the device.
macOS builds are ad-hoc signed — on first launch use right-click → Open.
