Eurocode 2 resource lock

Preview 12 has no application change. The source hash is identical to Preview 11, so the app's behaviour is unchanged.

  • EN 1992-1-1:2004, incorporating the 2008 and 2010 corrigenda, is locked by SHA-256 as a private local reference for the Eurocode 2 clause dossier. It is a Public.Resource.Org rule-of-law posting with contested rights. The PDF is not included in the repository or the deployment.
  • The Eurocode resource blocker is partially cleared. The EC2 beam clause dossier (flexure, shear, reinforcement limits) can now proceed with the 2009 UK National Annex and the JRC worked examples. Enabling any concrete code check still requires A1:2014 and NA+A2:2014, so every concrete check remains UNSUPPORTED.
