Remove the user-facing Recent activity panels and activity-message fallback while preserving internal sanitized activity tracking for diagnostics and telemetry.
Acceptance criteria
- Home and Support do not render a Recent activity panel.
- Home uses neutral waiting copy when no connected device name is available.
- Troubleshooting history, diagnostics, telemetry, AppState, and protocol compatibility remain unchanged.
- Frontend regression coverage proves populated activity state is not displayed.
