MeshLint release targeted for Blender 4.4 (and 4.5), in addition to 4.2 and 4.3.
Download the ZIP file and extract to the extensions folder.
.. Linux this is ~/.config/blender/4.3/extensions/...
or from Blender -> Preferences -> Get Extensions -> dropdown in the top right -> Install from Disk -> select downloaded zip.
