Enhanced Unavailable Entity Display

Unavailable entities now show more information:

• First line: Entity name (custom text or friendly name)
• Second line: Status text ("INOP" or custom unavailable_text)

This makes it easier to identify which entity is unavailable at a glance.

Build Improvements

• Added timestamp to built files for easier version verification
• No more confusion about which version is loaded!

Installation

HACS (Recommended)

1. Update the integration in HACS
2. Clear your browser cache
3. Refresh your dashboard

Manual

1. Download indicator-grid-card.js from this release
2. Copy to config/www/
3. Clear browser cache and refresh
