Update library version and add fault extraction

The version of the 'so-common' library in the pom.xml file has been updated from 4.5.11 to 4.7.2. The project version has also been incremented from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2. Additionally, a new static method 'getFault' has been added to the 'Client' class which extracts fault information from a given JSON object.
