This library is used by the InputHumanizer plugin and must be referenced by any plugins utilizing the InputHumanizer methods.
Place this library in the root directory for ExileAPI. This is where your Loader.exe, ExileCore.dll, and GameOffsets.dll are located. This allows all plugins to reference it and for a single copy to exist.
