Description
The version of php-cs-fixer in the src/Resource/bin folder is 3.49.0, which includes a symfony/polyfill-php73, where the composer.json for this project is currently requiring >=8.1 for php.
Bumping that .phar to the current version of PHP-CS-Fixer 3.89.0 would update from the polyfil-php73 to ones for 8.0, 8.1 and 8.4.
